Daniel Losper

Dan grew up naturally involved in swimming, playing water polo and rugby. He was almost forced to stop sport due to chronic back pain that no 'therapist' was able to fix, that's when he found CrossFit type training in 2016. it was love at first sight. He has been doing informal coaching for almost 2 years. He hopes to be graduating as a Physiotherapist at the end of 2020 and loves making functional fitness accessible to everyone.

Tiffiny Thomas

Tiffiny fell in love with fitness early as she did dancing growing up. When dance ended, she eventually found the CrossFit methodology and started weight training which brought her to the position of coaching. In July 2019 she will be completing her Personal Trainer Certificate recognised and registered with REPSSA. Tiffiny's positive energy and genuine passion for helping people become stronger, both physically and mentally, are the driving forces behind her coaching.
